OS HRS' core solution is Payroll Processing, Tax Compliance, System design and integration, Employee Self Service solution, and Language specific customer support. Its payroll solution is an integrated solution deployed by country or across the region, and provides the client with streamlined processes and policies, a single-user interface, and improved reporting and regional visibility.

The payroll solution encompasses modules to enable employee self-service, a centralized helpdesk for issue resolution, consolidated reporting and statutory compliance.
